Return/Refund Process

Cancellation accepted within 24 hrs after Oder has been placed.

Replacement/Return process

  • Goods Are Faulty On Arrival – If your goods become faulty after delivery, we will always instruct you to contact us within 24 hours of delivery and request return. You can contact us by calling customer services at +91 9839830636 Mon-Sat (9am-6pm) or emailing us at [email protected]
  • Goods Damaged On Arrival – If you discover that your goods are visibly damaged on arrival, you should either write on the delivery note that the packaging is damaged, or refuse to accept the delivery. Please also contact us within 24 hrs with details of the damage (you should send an email [email protected] with the image of the damaged product, in the case where you have accepted the delivery). This will help us considerably in raising the matter with our appointed courier.
  • Goods Not As Ordered – If you receive goods from us that differ from what you have ordered, then we require that you notify us within 24 hrs and return the product within 10 days.

Once the damaged goods have been received back into our warehouse, then we will replace them.

Return pickup facility is given only if wrong Oder delivered not as described.

In all other cases Self-ship is done.

We receive returned goods only through approved carrier service providers and you cannot return the goods in person physically to the Returns Department. You can self-ship the item using any courier of your choice that has package tracking capabilities.

No Replacement, Exchange under following circumstances

  1. Damages due to mishandling of product.
  2. Damages in transit while returning.
  3. Product returned without original packing, labeling and accessories.
  4. Customize products on Customers demand are not eligible for return.

Refund Process

Refunds back to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking or Bank Accounts (NEFT) are fully refunded within 3-7 days after we receive and process your return. Refunds in form of cheques can take 10-12 business days to arrive via post. Refund in the form of Gift Cards can take 1 business day.

Incase of Prepaid oders 3 to 7 working days.

In case of postpaid oders/Cod 5 to 10 days ..


Shipping Process

Shipping will be done  on same day if Shipping Slot Available otherwise  shipping will be done within 24 hrs after Oder has been placed.(Next Day)
